Security Guideline
Login ID's are not case sensitive and are assigned by your
company administrator
Passwords are not case sensitive. The length must be between 6 to 16
characters. Any combination of numbers and letters is allowed. Spaces and
special characters are not permitted.
Never share your password with anyone.
Shared computers - be sure to log off immediately after using this product
if you are using a computer station where more than one person uses the
computer
A different Login ID and Password is used for the IVR
(Interactive Voice Response system). This applies to companies who are
enrolled in our telephone system enabling staff to do basic functions using a
telephone instead of a computer. You can verify your IVR Login ID and
Password assigned to you by visiting the "My Profile"
page.
